Global banking giant [Bank of America] has commissioned Nunwood to develop an online research library to improve the communication of key insights and guide business strategy from within.
[Bank of America] which is undergoing a pivotal cultural shift from a phone based service to a web based content delivery process, has commissioned the project, worth in excess of £100K. Serving the UK, Ireland and Spain, Nunwood will build one primary portal that will hold all existing internal research documents, as well as external data feeds.
Peter Arnold, Senior Insight Manager at Bank of America’s MBNA said, “As a global organisation we invest heavily in research, but this is not always shared and utilised effectively. As well as building us a new online library, Nunwood will be using its expertise to ensure the business buys into the new system and starts to utilise all the resources available.”
Luke Allen, MD of Nunwood: Fizz said, “Organisations around the world invest millions on research which often is not communicated within the business, so cannot fully guide business strategy. Knowledge management systems are increasingly being embraced as a valuable tool for maximising investment in research, helping organisations focus on their strategic remit, communicate insights and drive action from within.” |
